Privacy statement
This page describes what happens to personal information on SEO Services Scoland and what rights you have over it. It is written to be read rather than skimmed.
What this site collects
Only what you choose to send. The pages here are static, so ordinary browsing hands over nothing to Shake Digital.
When you get in touch directly, your message is held by Shake Digital so that it can be read and answered.
Logs kept by the host
Serving a web page leaves a technical record with the hosting company. Such logs usually contain the requesting IP address, the address asked for and a timestamp. They belong to the host, are kept for security and operational reasons, and are not passed to Shake Digital for analysis.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not track you and sets no cookies of its own. Some pages may include material delivered by another provider. Where they do, loading it may leave cookies set by that provider, governed by the provider's privacy terms rather than by this page.
Use of what you send
Information reaches Shake Digital only when you send it, and it is used only for the reason you sent it, which is normally to get an answer. It is never sold and never used to advertise to you.
Disclosure to anyone else
Shake Digital does not sell, rent or trade personal information, and nothing you send is passed to another organisation for its own purposes. Information would be disclosed only where the law requires it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you may ask what personal information Shake Digital holds about you, ask for anything inaccurate to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, and object to it being held at all. Requests can be made with Shake Digital directly, and will be answered. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK regulator for data protection.
Questions about this page
Questions about this page, or a request about information held about you, can be raised with Shake Digital directly.
